National Tourism Organization of Serbia in cooperation with Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia, organized exhibition about Serbia, opened on June 16th at the Tourism info center in Timişoara.

On this occasion our tourism organization presented the brochure "52 weekends in Serbia" in Romanian language, as well as the tourist potential of Serbia and Belgrade, with special accent to the summer manifestations, such as Belgrade Beer Fest.

Serbian delegation ahead with Mr. Goran Petković, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy and regional development and TOS representatives met the representatives of the Timiş County and they were the guests of Mr. Gheorghe Ciuhandu, the Mayor of Timişoara.

These meetings were the opportunity to point out the importance of the regional cooperation in the tourism field, and to step out towards the cooperation of the two neighboring countries, Romania and Serbia.

During the following month Belgrade Beer Fest promotional material will be distributed to the citizens of Timişoara.
