E-Play consists of two men and two women. They released their debut album in November 1999. The best way to describe their music is that they make use of a modern, grinding sound relying heavily on drum n bass, techno, and hard core. One commonly exploited contrast mechanism is an uncompromising guitar sound, accompanied by a dynamic bassline and furious drums, interweaving with slow, soothing vocals.
